At least Yao called RonRon to clear it up. I think Yao was too sucked into the moment of "chatting with reporter friend", but that Fran guy was really a douche bag. As a franchise player, you got to remind yourself, NEVER EVER throw your teammates under the bus in public, NEVER.
Ronron has issues for sure, but he's honest. If Yao and him see each other in eyes, they will respect each other and like each other. I am not kidding. Culture difference aside, both are hard working and competitive.
Hopefully Yao can learn a valuable lesson from this saga. It was a joke from Yao's side, but a very bad one with poor taste at unfortunate moment, to a sensitive person of a soft spot. He should be smarter than that.
I don't see Ron holding personal grudge over this. Yao certainly has no reason too.
I am excited about the new season. So, let it begin already!
