I do not think it is useful especially in hash weather. The structure is very light so it can be kept afloat by the difference between the outside air and light gas filled inside. Therefore, the "bag" to holding the ligh gas must be very large. Its driving power is very limited - can move very slowly to keep it safe. A strong wind will definitely make it drift out of the course.
