What about Japan?

Not sure whether Japan has someone of Qian's magnitude, but their Aviasion/Space technology is not significantly lower than China.

By the way, in early 1990s, it was said Qian's daughter was dish-washing in a Chinese restaurant in Richmond, Virginia. Not sure where she is living now, maybe not far from where Jian1 Jie3's son is living.
