You and your hu*****and have made a bid mistake to send him to China, then you made a mistake by taking him back unprepared. sigh...
Anyway, as a mother of two, my recos:
1.make yourself avaible for the two days (Tuesday and Thursday), ask your hu*****and be available for the Monday, Wednesday, Friday, to spend at least a few hours with you son every day in daycare to help him adapt to the new enviroment. After several weeks, he should be in a much better situation.
2.If there is any asian kid in the school, try to let your son be close to that kids so he has someone can go to.
3. teach him english at hime for daily conversation such as eat, drink, go potty, etc.
4.Ask the teacher's help to hold him more often, explain his daily habits to the teacher. In the meantime, show your appreciation to the teachers (a big candy/cake tray, etc for all the staff)
5.Take your son to public places more oftern: mall, library, playground, etc so he can play with other kids.
good luck!
