Your I-485 is approved and that means you have got a lawful permenant resident status (green card). You will not get any interview for this green card anymore. You may still need about one month or more to get your formal green card. You will receive the I-485 approval notice in a couple of weeks and you can bring this notice to local office to get a stamp on your passport to go to China if you do not get the card in time. You also can go to China first and then ask your family or friend to mail the card to you for reentry US after they receive the card for you.
