2) It did not sell on Ebay and then sold to private person.

Palin's statements in this regard, in a legal sense, are infallible.

McCain's statements are a little off. He used the word "sold" in mentioning Ebay. But it is politcal campaign, not legal case and the difference is too trivial to have any politcal implication
