Lying and fabricating are different

Obama, as politician, sometimes twisted truth a little. They all do. They obfuscate once a while

But Hillary, she not only obfuscates, she fabricates.

Fabrication is serious moral offense. Hillary's sniper story is a fabrication, a flagarant lie. It is pathological.
