give Hillary any more than 5 or 10 delegates. She certainly can not count on PA to surpass Obama on popular votes. Do not forget. After PA, there is North Carolina commin up where Obama will offset Hillary gains in PA.

That is fun part of 08 Democrat Primary. Proportional vote allocation!
