. I do believe that history and culture play some of tricky role here.

If you replaced germans with Chinese, there would be 2 Germanys today: West and East.

So far a nation's behavior seem to be determined by their history and culture.

I wish that CCP would be like Russians, more tolerable to other politicals parties.
