Another factor is experience. Experience is a big thing in chinese culture. Experience rules everything in our life and society. Just look how many titles we use to call different family members out of respect. That respect has factor of experience. Chinese do not like young stunt. They feel he is not dependent or reliable. Hillary is more experienced than Obama. No questions about it. After all she actually lived and worked with President Clinton for 8 years in White House. That inside-palace living experience means a lot to Chinese who idolize power, regardless of what she did.
For these 2 factors, I speculate that if Hillary failed, which is likely, good portion of Chinese would vote for John McCain in November. Race and experience bode well with McCain, obviously.
