I transfer group and work together with another American guy F in the same project. There is no clear task in our group. F first wants me to do test for him, I said I am busy on some other things, haven’t done it for him. Later maybe he want to be the only one on this projector because we are under the pressure of being layoff. All the things F do, discussions, meeting, email about the project, F never including me. I complain this to the manager. Now in this yearly review meeting time, F is reviewed before me. After review, F said he did make a good team with A, B and C. I guess I will get a bad review say I am not a good team worker.
Next time, what I should do? Should I complain about co-worker to the manager if he treat me unfair? Or I should resolve it under the table, or else people will think I am not a good team worker.
