You could add yourself to the mailing list. If the above address does not work, you could go onto ox.ac.uk, and look for Chinese Students Union, and apply to be added to the mailing list. Then you could ad 'room wanted'. There are a lot of scolars, who got rented houses from the uni, and would share a house with somebody to make some extra income.
