But I would argue for AI, who led his team to NBA final. As for Shaq, he went to NBA final in Orlando before he had PJ. Really, we are not talking about championships, but a playoff series win. All those great players had some similar experience of leading crappy teams to somewhat success. Yao's record without TMac or SF3 was really discouraging.
