I don't think Rockets is in any position to laugh at Cleveland, they went the NBA finals and beat the Pistons on their way up. Washington went also deeper than Rockets.

Yeah, the only straw you have is that Yao led the team topping the Spurs 2 times in 2 years! If that's good enough evidence of strong leadership, I can only say you have extremely low standard. Or should I say that has hypocrisy written all over you?

Again and again and again, TMac led a Yao-less team to 21-10 record in the toughest division. TMac led the Magic team to 3 years consecutive playoffs presence, without another star on the team. We are comparing leadership, as shabby as TMac is in that department, all you could brag about is 2 wins over Spurs in 2 frigging years for Yao, and yet you claim how better a leader is Yao!
