Shane is a winner in Duke, Scola is a winner everywhere else

Hayes is a winner in Kentucky with pure effort and subpar talents, Rafer and James have rings as role players, Bonzi went to the WCF. Adalman led 2 teams to WCFs. JVG led a 8th team to NBA Final. The same management and owner had 2 championships under their belts.

The only difference between those wins and current loss, is the 2-headed soft "Monster" - TMac and Yao. They never had any winning history.
