提上来回答赌爷SPCA的事

北美每个城市都有 动物避难所 我的狗就在那领养的 。

无家可归的猫狗都送那，丢猫丢狗的也去那找，我朋友丢过猫和狗，去那找回的，要了300-500检查费用呢，如几天后无人认领，别人可收养。

另外狗主猫主都给宝贝体内放晶片，去那一扫描就知来历了。
