China leaders know more than this, and handle crisis everyday

If you have ever been a leader, you know it's not a fun job. Not only China leaders, even China city leaders, or US leaders, company CEOs, most of time their jobs are to handle crisis, everyday. They know problems better than ordinary people.

It's easy to be an expert, needs only to find problems. It's hard to be a leader to solve problems.
