when I went for FP, the lady typed in my receipt # in the computer, and then she ask me to look at her computer screen to make sure all the info she pulled out are correct. I see my name, address ect on the screen.

so I am guessing when u go there, if u see u r name is wrong in their computer system, u can ask them to change it on the spot.

Ofcause u may also want to call them and even make an opp for infopass to make things right
