The document showing the legal termination of all other

marriages is important if you file with your current spouse, or you apply family based 485.

If you file alone based on eb, it's at least not initial evidence such as evl, birth cirtificate, medical etc.

if your lawyer insist, you still have the whole month of july to prepare for that. By the end of day, your lawyer has to send it anyway if you can't provide it ontime. the lawyer knows what's the priority.
