2nd 485? XiaoBaiTu, radiology, and other experts please help.

I have ted i-485 based on hu*****and's LC (RIR) and approved 140, both 485 are still pending.
Now my LC got approved too. Can I 485 (for myself and my hu*****and) again based on my LC?
