公司的IT部门的人,知道我的personal information 吗?

我对IP address 很不了解, 我的计算机是公司的, 连在公司的网站上,
我想问的是,公司的IT部门的人,可以通过我的IP address 知道我的personal information 吗? (如果我不是每天把我去过的网站清理干净)
