find a good agent? It's easy

-- Find the job openning AD on the internet, which was published by the Agent;
-- Then talk with them, work woth them, then use your common sense, you will easily know who take care of you, who wor with you, who do teah you how to do interview, so you know who is good.
-- Good Agent has direct connection with the hiring manager, they know details about the job, they knew the story why the job is open now.
