老土，请给个建议，谢谢！

我申请了一个位子，猎头说22/hr，我说35/hr，猎头说雇主最多30/hror32/hr。我说需要考虑。感觉猎头一时还没有找到人。我是等电话呢还是主动电话猎头询问一下。猎头问我有没有朋友对位子感兴趣，并且说我不感兴趣。为什么会这样说？因为我坚持35/hr?
