In meeting, all other people support A solution, my direct boss support B, and have a big fight with A people. I like A better, for this will benefit the company. This is my area, I have to give opinion, what I should do?
2. I have good idea to resolve and make all the people either on A or B both happy, should I say it? Or I should let my direct boss say it? I ask my direct boss, he looks like want to state it, and I know he will never mention this idea is from me. What I should do next time? Let him say my idea, or I say it?
