Early this year, I interviewed 7 internationals (3 Chinese) and

6 Americans. An Chinese lady and an American were the two top. The Chinese's oral English was very good but not so good at writing. Since the job required lots of writing, I hired the American. Sigh.

At least to me, I don't feel threatened by a Chinese colleage. I have my own niche, they have their owns. No big deal.
