If we were not married, I wouldn't come here to ask. I write him a very long email to tell him everything. I don't think I can ever send to him unless I am leaving.

I do have everything mixed up together. I am a career type woman. I want to have a higher title and salary. Besides the problem with my boss, I have other reason that I want to leave my current company. However, I can get promoted quicker and make more money here.The reason that I chose to stay is not only my boss. He is the reason that I should leave. My boss's boss went to 2 levels above to give me the salary raise. The uper management team know my name from my client.I don't know how to explain to my boss's boss if I keep changing my mind. I hate to go to somewhere else and start over again. I need a way to let myself clam down and work with him professionally. It is just so hard.
