That's very true. Indian manager give indians better position. There is one indian lady in our group that is very normal, always made mistake and can't deliver on time. But she knew a senior indian people in another group and transfer to the group and got prompted. Chinese even don't want to introduce opportunities to their Chinese colleagues. Sometimes I really hate some of Chinese people's behavior. They say how much they love their own country and their own people, but don't do the same as they said.
