Use topic sentences. I had an opening earlier this year

in my department. I interviewed 4 Chinese. Great experience and fair English, but 3 of them really didn't know how to express themselves.

Suggestions? Use topic sentences to organize your thoughts. For example, My experience centers around... and.... First..., seond...A brief summary before going to next new topic.
