鱼和熊掌都想要

我和劳工都属于工作狂，但家里又有几个很小的孩子。
I have a higher title and salary with my current job.I can learn a lot but I need to spend a lot of time/energy to deal with office politics and other craps all the time plus it is a long hour job. I am exhausted every day when I go back home and has no energy left for my kids. My previously employer asked me to come back but they can not match my current salary. I know my hourly rate will be higher over there even I get 10-15% pay cut. My life will be much better. However, I have a better career development with my current job. 不知道要不要换，当初离开是觉得太闲，学不到东西。现在又觉得不花时间陪孩子，很guilty. 和孩子呆久了，又嫌先他们吵， 想上班。上班时又觉得不是好妈妈。家庭事业都想要，是不是什莫也要不了或是把自己累死。
