Thanks for sharing your experience Eveline. The routing job kept me busy already so I don't have chance to do VB and simulation yet, which is created by my boss to let me not be boring.

yes, I could leave my current job. But sometimes thinking this is a relatively stable job and brings me not bad pay check.

Go to a new job, don't know what will happen.

You are right, as long as I am still in the position, I need to do my job well.
