option 1: 博后 is temporary position. Most people want to get a professor job so they do 博后. What the posibility for you to get a assistant professor job?

option 2. What have you been tried so far to get a 政府部门 job? what the posibility?

option 3. 在家专心考BOARD. Are you good on pass the tests? I think most Chinese are very good at pass the tests. if so onlything left is:
Do you have money to support you to stay home?
Do you have time to study when you stay home? If you have to take care little kids, it will be very hard to study.

You have to make decision on your own then try the best you can.
