人生低谷， 该何去何从， 盼望大家给些建议

老板许诺涨工资， 但迟迟不见涨， 问了PAYROLL， 老板很生气， 说了狠话让我走人。我在一牛校小老板实验室作博后， 学医的。老板为人比较刻簿， 手下人走马灯的换。 我认真开始找别的实验室， 还是博后。 老板在我拿到一 OFFER 时， 曾挽留， 但我拒绝， 可能激怒他， 在去年12 月1号给我信， 让我走人， 此事在管理部门介入下，他让步到我弄好身份。 对作博后深深厌倦， 放弃了OFFER， 转成H4，申请工卡， 想 到政府部门找。 或者不作实验室， 就在家专心考BOARD。但是想想付出了几年心血， 最后也不了了之。 心里不平静。我看到老土， 布衣的帖子很有收获， 实验室的中国人往往埋头试验，不去想也不敢向将来，但作实验室， 当廉价劳动力也没有出头之日。现在年轻的读博士的学生问我意见， 我都不敢给人建议。我自己现在也很不平静， 有挫折感。觉得自己在ACADEMIC活不了。近期看到网上50岁的博后， 在我们那里太多这样的， 不过他们的老板大多还人好些， 留着他们，帮着管管 实验室， 因为美国人都是短期呆呆， 就另谋高就。我现在还没有摆脱当奴隶的心态， 觉得没有工作，很焦虑。小孩秋季PRESCHOOL。 我现在的精力都和她耗， 帮他学习适应学校生活。但自己很焦虑。 大家砸 我吧， 但愿大家的建议能让我清醒。
