Thanks for comments. My subordinate's title is supervisor. I talked with my boss once and he said he wouldn't let them go over my head. However, it is getting worse and I don't know if he realized that.They seems built up a good relationship with him before I even did. My boss relies on my a lot and he always saying I am doing very good job. With American, you just never know if he really likes you or not.
