I found he trusted my supervisors more than trusting me. My supervisors are not busy as I do so they have a lot of time to talk or chatting with him. Sometimes, they know more information than I do. Whatever they said to my boss about me, my boss would think I did something wrong. I had good or at least ok relationship with my supervisors before my boss came. They just take advantage of this because my boss likes to talk all day and I really don't have that much time to entertain him.
Shall I tell my boss “You should follow the channel of communication. It will be hard for me to manage them if you listen to them all the time". I said this in an email and he was mad. My boss is playing game to build his own team and my supervisors are kissing ass to their boss's boss. I am in the middle.
