He does not even have basic work ethic. He can talk on the phone with his friends all day and doing nothing while his people work 14 hours a day to meet all the deadlines. 如果他工作可以这抹不负责任，我很怀疑他的人品。He was fired by his last job and everyone in my group hates him. I am the only one who can still work with him. I work in a really small industry, everyone knows everyone. If it is end up something ugly, my career reputation will be ruined.
