Drug screen and background check, pls help

Big company, engineer position. Interviewed one week before, HR called last Monday, told me that I got it and described the whole packge to me. But she said that they have to wait for drug screen and background check. Now it's been a week, no response.

Anyone knows how long it will take? Thanks a lot
