In US,

1) laws are made by congress selected by people every 2 years. Congress are totally separated from Government and courts

2) The laws are executed by Governments

3) Disputed cases are argued and decided by courts and their interpretation of related laws which is also totally separated from Governements and Congress.

The above 3 things happens in the eyes of media and public


Contrary to US, in China

CCP makes laws
CCP executs laws
CCP interprets laws

CCP does all these 3 things in dark box.
