that PRC realize and understand the games that US and other western powers are playing for the past 60 years and learn to adapt first, make rules to change them later. The new Chinese generations are beginning to gain a greater sense of global insights which will help us play the games of the West better than the West in the future. We had learned from past mistakes (hopefully) and will probably get the most out of any new cooperation from the West without destroying our own capabilities.
