did PRC used in Vietnam? Any evidence?
三光 means: Kill all, burn all, rob all. THe post had written burn all. Rob all wasn't in it, but I read somewhere PRC took many cows and pigs, etc.. and destroyed some mines of VN. Kill all, probably was not true. There were no mass killings of cilivians (like US) unless they were armed (gurrellas). Perhaps that's why, they were very strict in searching Vietnam civilians later (lost lives when not searching civlians throughly enough) and used them to lead the way when retreating.
