戴钢盔是不舒服，可戴是必须的，而且也是很有用的。 I understand

that wearing them is necessary during battles but during leisure time? I know that the main purpose of helmets is to protect wearer's head from debris caused by explosions but have no clue if the modern helmets can stop/slow down the bullet penetration or not. Can you share your experience? Thanks
