for US, the time period for fuel/engergy reserved in war time is about 6 month. For Japan, it is about 3 months.

for china, it is about 1 day.

that mean, if the country can not get the supply of oil, china can only last 1 day of all needs. you will either stop all industries to supply the military or be suffocated by the cut-off supply.

without fuel, it is like a gun without ammo. Nothing you can do about it.

that is the reason why Hu claims to build a huge reserve in Hei-nai. He really knows the weak point, doesn't he.
