To get money and millitary equipment, he signed contract with Russia. In return, Chinese Communist Party became his junior partner. I just wonder, had he lived longer, maybe he would have initiated 4.12 by himself because at that time, the Northern Warlords were no longer a problem, it is time to cleanse 'Communist Party'.
