Question about I-130 to Xiao Baitu again

My friend is an American citizen. He's married a Chinese woman about 2 years ago in China. For some reasons my friend just send out I-130 form. Do you know how long is going to take until the Chinese woman gets interview notice in GuangZhou. Thank you for your kindly response.

Those are my question which you did respond me already. But, he wants to know how long is going to take normally(He will explan the reason to apply I-130 form so late) Thank you again
