From Shouson Hill, Deep Water Bay to Repulse Bay and Stanly. This is the area with decent air to breath - heard during SARS this was the only area with no one infected.

Peak has many exclusive development. From March to August, it's unbearablly wet. The price is similar to South Side.
Mid Level also has some decent blocks. It's cheaper than South side, but air quality is not as good.
North Point is n't an expat area. I am not familiar with it.
