- Change N. Korea a colony of China or ZiZhiQui or special economic zone
- Invite UN nuclear control organization and economy aid organizations in and set up permanent offices
- Establish for-China N.Korea government and limit its millitary force
- Economic Reform to use N. Korean cheap labor
- PLA stationed in N. Korea as long as possible
- Make deal with US(not S. Korea) that we guarantee N. Korea nuclear free and not cross 38th parallel line; US make some concession on Taiwan and other issues. Also make it clear to US that if Taiwan become independent, we invade S. Korea and bomb Japan. If agreement is honored, China and US go into joint venture to develop N. Korea.

Such an occupation by China will work out well with US. There is common ground between 2 countries: Neither of them want 2 Koreas united. US does not have extra forces and will to have war with N. Korea. If China invade it for US, it would do a big favor for them as well as for China itself. US will not truly help S. Korea with this either for obvious reason as long as US interest in the region is served.

Surgery missile strikes on leadership targets first; Parachute/Trainsporting as many soldiers as possible to key spots of N. Korea; Be prepared to do some killing as they will resist. Planning can be secret. Since Chinese leadership is also communist, why not be what they are one more time: find plausible pretext to invite Kim Jong il into China and once he is in, put him in custody just a few hours before millitary operations
This move also give PLA precious experience in real battle for preparation for future move in Taiwan.
Also, battle-test as many newly developed weapons as possible
Last, not the least, China should do this for sake of thousands of soldiers who gave their lives on that land during Korea War. They shall not die in vain
