这样的offer letter 正常吗？

终于收到了offer letter. 前几天公司说他们会把offer letter 准备好， 签好字，用email 发给我。可是今天收到后发现他们没有电子签名，只是打印了MANAGER的名字。而且我的名字用的是英文名和last name, 而没有用我的中文first name. 这个公司是大公司。可是这样的offer letter 正常吗？我应该怎么办呢？
