计算机博士该要多少工资？

有很多电话面试，问到这个问题。我开始说7万， 都吓跑了； 后来的面试我改成六万，也是一听到就不谈了。
我试着问了他们能开多少，有两家给出4-5万的价位（Boston and Washington DC region)。
