For UI, pretty much the same event-driven programming model applies to both webform and winform development. the rest (biz logic, db, ...) are the same for both web and windows. If u hv good experience in web, u should not even need a book for windows. If you need to do a lot GDI (totally different skills from web dev)， windows service (pretty easy), or system level programming, you will learn new stuff.
