and I have many years of experience in China, before I came to U.S. and I'm still working on the same field.

I believe there are a lot of us got a degree here, older than the regular students.

The reason I asked about the birthday question is I feel they are not professional. But maybe I'm wrong, newadays, HR asking for birthday becomes a normal thing.
