Bozoes running Chinese academia

Tsinghua has spent quite a few years building its own med school, at least the real estate part. I advised them to put real effort to build an institute for bio and med technology, which if founded and led properly, would have a fair chance of moving to the leading edge of the world in 15-20 years; it would also be a focal point of integration for talents from the rest of the university. But these bozoes wanted a clinical med school copied from US, preferably staffed by US licensed physicians(I don't think they got any)... It's just for money and power grabbing.
